We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order minus the shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the receipt of merchandise. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. 

We do not accept any exchanges for any products. Any refunds/ exchanges for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gift sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund. 

If you wish to return your order, please email us at with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message. A customer service representative will respond with all of the necessary steps to proceed with your order return. 

Please note, we only accept returns from orders placed on Items purchased from, must be returned to SLAYLASHES, 

We highly recommend to purchase  tracking information for all returning packages, and to forward any information to customer service. Customer Service Representative will contact you to process a refund upon receipt of the returned items, if necessary.  Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.


If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is deemed faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

Shipping Details & Charges: 


Please allow all orders to process within 2-4 business days especially during HOLiday sales before your package is shipped. Once the package has left our warehouse with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling 
by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses does include incorrect/insufficient address, no p.o. box number, refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address. is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, and return to sender. has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

Domestic Orders:

Please allow 3-6 business days  (excluding holidays and weekends)  
for your items to arrive or longer for standard US Shipping.
 Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.

International Orders 

Orders shipped with International Standard Shipping without tracking does take 15-30 business days or longer (excluding holidays and weekends)  for your package to arrive depending on the handling with customs. Delivery time depends on your selected country and handling with the country customs. Customers are responsible for all duties & taxes, according to their country. Customs is a charge that varies from country to country and are from the customer’s government. We will not refund customers for any duty/vat tax charges.
